Instrument for EMG - EP examination. A compact unit, the Nemus includes the necessary stimulators and acquisition channels to perform electromyography (EMG) and Evoked Potential (EP) examinations in a minimum of time. Electrical, acoustic and visual stimulators can be driven from the same instrument, so that standard and advanced EMG analysis and EP studies (sensory, visual and brainstem evoked auditory) can be completed with the use of dedicated software packages. Two high-bandwidth channels are suitable for the EMG exams, while 20 unipolar channels can be chosen to define a bipolar montage for the EP acquisitions. The LAN connection to the PC ensures maximum flexibility and facilitates full customisation of the report in Word format as well as network management of information stored in the database.
