Weighing Scales

A4-sized personal health scale

combines high precision with ease of use

A4-sized personal health scale. The compact UC-322 personal health scale measures body weight with a precision of 50 g and also provides BMI calculation. Modern- day living makes it difficult to avoid a high calorie intake, a risk factor for developing cardiovascular disease. The Diet-by-Measuring method can make users aware of even very small increases in their daily calorie intake. The scale is very user friendly; only three simple steps are required. Users record their body weight twice a day to create a line chart displaying their monthly weight-loss trend. Weight trends can then be observed over an extended period, for example, three months or more. A comprehensive Weight Diary is available to download. A4-sized personal health scale
