With its large, easy-to-read LCD display, low weight, proven performance and modern communication capabilities, the NT2C multiparameter patient monitor offers a user-friendly solution for vital signs monitoring in adult, paediatric and neonatal patients. Powered by a long-life, rechargeable battery, the compact device monitors temperature, pulse rate, non-invasive blood pressure and oxygen saturation parameters. Adjustable limits and a volume control function allow users to adapt the audible and visual alarm signals to the patient care situation. The recorded data are stored for 72 hours, allowing on-screen data replay. A built-in thermal recorder is available as an option. The system is equipped with a standard RS232 port for central monitoring and communication with an external printer. It is also possible to connect the monitor to a ‘nurse call’ network.
